The protection of Users’ privacy is of particular importance to PHU IMPEX PIOTR BĘĆKOWSKI. Therefore, we guarantee high standards of privacy protection to all Users of www.phu-impex.pl service. PHU IMPEX PIOTR BĘĆKOWSKI, being the Data Controller, ensures the security of the data provided by Users.

The Data Controller is also obligated to duly advise Users of their rights and obligations related to personal data processing, particularly in terms of the personal data protection regulations defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”).

User’ means every natural person being a data subject and using the internet service of www.phu-impex.pl or electronic services available via the Service.

Data Controller’, with respect to the data provided by Users in www.phu-impex.pl Service, is PHU IMPEX PIOTR BĘĆKOWSKI, Zielonogórska 36, 71-084 Szczecin, NIP 8531002645, (hereinafter “the Data Controller”).

  1. Using the Service and Users’ personal data protection
    1. The use of www.phu-impex.pl Service is anonymous and it does not require a User to register or to provide any data while using the Service, which would enable the Data Controller to identify such a User directly or indirectly, as defined by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”).

    2. The Data Controller enables Service Users only to view the content published in the Service. The Data Controller does not provide functionalities enabling Users to provide personal data in the Service. However, a User may provide their data by contacting the Data Controller via the contact methods published in the Service (e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone) or by establishing a commercial relationship (concluding a contract).

    3. The Service Data Controller reserves the right to gather and process anonymous statistics regarding Users in order to learn their preferences and to assess the observance of the rules of Service use. The above-specified data do not constitute personal data as defined by the regulations of the GDPR and they are not subject to the protection provided therein.

  2. Cookies
    1. The Service Data Controller advises that short text information, the-so called “cookies”, are saved on the User’s device in the course of the Service use. Cookie files contain the following data: name of the web site they originate from, duration of their storage on the User’s device, a record of parameters, statistics and the device identifier. Cookies are sent to the Service server via the web browser installed on the User’s device.

    2. The Services uses cookies in order to:

      1. maintain correct technical operationality and uninterrupted continuity of a session between the Service server and the User’s device;

      2. optimise the User’s experience of viewing the Service web site and the manner of its display on the User’s device;

      3. ensure safe use of the Service;

      4. gather the statistics of Service web site visits in order to support the improvement of its structure and content;

      5. display on the User’s device the advertising content that is optimally suited to their preferences.

    3. The Services uses two types of cookie files: “session cookies” and “permanent cookies”. “Session cookies” are automatically removed from the User’s device once the User logs out from the Service or leaves the Service site or once a web browser is closed. “Permanent cookies” are stored on the User’s device over a period of time specified in the cookie files parameters or until such time when they are deleted by the User. “Permanent cookies” are installed on the User’s device only with the User’s consent.

    4. The Service Data Controller informs that:

      1. web browsers accept cookie files installation on the User’s device by default. Each Service User may at any time change cookie files settings in their web browser in such a way so that the browser will automatically block cookies or it will notify the User each time cookie files are sent to the User’s device.

      2. detailed information regarding the possibility and methods supporting cookies can be found in the settings of User’s web browser.

      3. limiting the application of cookies by a User may have a negative impact on the correct display of the Service information.

    5. Cookie files installed on the User’s device may be used by the advertisers or business partners cooperating with the Service Data Controller.

    6. Cookies content does not permit the Data Controller to identify a User’s identity.

    7. Only the Service Data Controller has got access to the cookies processed by the Service server.

  3. Changes in the Privacy Policy
    For the purpose of updating the information contained in this Privacy Policy as well as ensuring its compliance with the regulations of the law, this Privacy Policy may be subject to changes. If the contents of the Privacy Policy are changed, so is the date of its update specified at the end of its text. To find out more about the manner of personal data protection, the Data Controller recommends Users to regularly consult the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
