Disclosure Requirements
Sending an e-mail to the Data Controller’s e-mail address you consent to your e-mail address being added to the contact list controlled by PHU IMPEX PIOTR BĘĆKOWSKI, Zielonogórska, 36, 71-084, Szczecin, NIP 8531002645, (hereinafter “the Data Controller”).
The data included in correspondence, including an e-mail address are processed by the Data Controller in line with regulations defined in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”) for the following purposes:

to communicate with the User, and in particular to handle offer enquiries, complaints regarding Data Controller’s products or services, or for other purposes resulting from the User’s correspondence, in pursuance of art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR;

to conclude and perform any possible contract between the User and the Data Controller, in pursuance of art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR;

to perform the Data Controller’s legal obligations towards You specified in the GDPR, as defined in art. 6.1.c) of the GDPR;

to carry out the Data Controller’s marketing activities within the scope of a legally justified Data Controller’s interest, as defined by art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with your declaration of consent regarding marketing communication given to the Data Controller. The consent granted with regard to marketing communication (e.g. consent to commercial information being sent via e-mail or telephone contact for the purpose of direct marketing) can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the legal compliance of the processing performed prior to such consent withdrawal.
A data subject has the right to demand that the Data Controller should provide access to such data, to rectify, delete or limit the scope of data processing as well the right to protest against the data processing as well the right to transfer data and the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
The Data Controller does not provide the personal data made available to any third parties.
The Data Controller stores personal data for such a period of time that is necessary to achieve specific goal, i.e.:
- for a period of the Data Controller conducting its business activity.
